Alameda, restaurant bergaya zen dari rumah kaca yang menghidangkan makanan ala fusion Amerika-Brazil ini sempat terpilih sebagai Restaurant Terbaik di Beijing tahun 2005.  Letaknya agak tersembunyi di dalam gang dan tanpa papan petunjuk jalan yang jelas. Jika sempat berjalan-jalan ke daerah Sanlitun, dimana deretan Sanlitun bar & pub yang terkenal itu berakhir, anda akan menemukan sebuah gang tersebut dengan tembok bercat putih.

Crowne Plaza Wangfujing

The Crowne Plaza is located on Wangfujing, in the center of Beijing’s tourist, shopping, and business districts, and is a great place for walking and window shopping. The hotel underwent a major renovation in 2005, and now has a more modern ambience. The lobby’s champagne bar serves light Japanese and Vietnamese food. Huang Yue, a stylish Cantonese restaurant, is on the second floor. The standard rooms are small, but have top-rate amenities, such as flat-screen TVs and comfortable bathrooms. Craving more space? Try the executive floor, where rooms have extra work space and sprawling bathrooms with showers and separate baths.
